Enhance your Eleplan experience with Third-Party Cloud Storage Integration! This feature allows you to connect your Google Drive or Dropbox accounts directly to the Documents tab in Eleplan. By integrating these cloud storage systems, you can quickly and securely upload important documents from your cloud accounts into your Eleplan. Here's how you can enable and utilize this feature to streamline your document management.
Access important documents stored in the cloud without leaving Eleplan. Manage files from multiple devices using your integrated Google Drive or Dropbox accounts. Reduce time spent transferring files manually by uploading directly from your cloud accounts. Once logged in, you can browse and select documents stored in any folder or location within your connected account. After selecting your documents, the standard upload modal and fields will appear, allowing you to complete the process just as you would with local uploads. This feature supports almost any document type, ensuring you can import the files you need without hassle.
To connect your storage account to your Eleplan, follow these steps:
Navigate to your Documents tab in your Assets drop-down menu.
Click on the New button, and you’ll see options to Import from Google Drive or Import from Dropbox.
Choose your preferred platform and log in using your Google account for Google Drive or your Dropbox credentials. Integration is quick and takes only a few seconds.
