Managing Payment Methods

Keeping your Eleplan account up-to-date with the correct payment information is simple and straightforward! The Payment Methods feature allows you to add, remove, and manage your preferred payment options with ease. Here's a guide to help you navigate and make the most of this feature.

- Ensure your billing address matches your card’s registered address to avoid errors.
- Regularly update your payment details to avoid disruptions in your Eleplan subscription.

Adding a Payment Method:

To add a payment method, follow these steps:

Navigate to your Billing tab.
Click the Add button to display the payment method window.
Fill in the required information.
Click the Save button to add the new payment method.

Removing a Payment Method:

To remove a payment method, follow these steps:

Navigate to your Billing tab.
In the list of saved payment methods, click on the ellipses (...) next to the payment option you wish to remove.
From the displayed menu, select the Delete option to remove the payment method from your account.
Click the Delete button on the confirmation modal.

Setting a Default Payment Method:

To set a default payment method, follow these steps:

Navigate to your Billing tab.
In your list of saved payment methods, locate the one you want to set as default.
Click the button next to the payment method. The selected button will now indicate your default payment method.

By following these steps, you can effortlessly manage your payment methods and keep your Eleplan account running smoothly.
