Enabling Push Notifications

Push notifications are a powerful feature designed to keep you informed and on track with your care plans. This article provides a comprehensive guide on how to enable, manage, and troubleshoot push notifications within the Eleplan web app.

Enabling Push Notifications during Onboarding



Upon registering with Eleplan, you will be prompted to enable push notifications. If you wish to skip this step, you can tap the "Maybe later, skip for now" link during the onboarding process.

Enabling Push Notifications Later



If you decide to enable push notifications at a later time, follow these simple steps:

Navigate to Settings:
- Go to your Eleplan Settings page.

Toggle "Push Notifications":
- Locate the "Push Notifications" toggle and switch it on. This action will create a new push subscription for the device you are currently using.

Note: Push notifications are device-specific, and you can enable them on any device that supports push. If your phone is too old to support push, the system won't prompt you.
