Utilizing Messages

Available for users on any paid plan, this feature allows you to send and receive emails via both your personalized account-level and Eleplan-level email addresses. Whether you’re managing your account or collaborating on an Eleplan, you can keep all communication organized within the app.

Account-Level Messaging

Every Eleplan account holder on a paid plan will have a dedicated, secure account-level email inbox located under the Mail tab. You’ll have the option to customize the email address associated with your account-level inbox. You’ll have the option to customize the email address associated with your account-level inbox.

Eleplan-Level Messaging

In addition to the account-level inbox, you can manage communication related to your Eleplans through the Messages tab within each Eleplan. This inbox is available to all users who have access to the specific Eleplan, making collaboration easier. You can customize the email address associated with each Eleplan-level inbox. You can upload documents directly into your Eleplan’s document vault using this inbox. Learn more about importing documents here.
