Transferring Eleplans
Need to transfer ownership of your Eleplan to someone else? Whether it’s a family member, a new primary caregiver, or a colleague in a professional setting, the Eleplan transfer feature makes it easy. This feature allows you to transfer your Eleplan quickly and securely to another individual.
You can only transfer Eleplans to another account owner, not just a member. An account owner is someone who has completed the full registration process. Being a member of someone’s Eleplan does not grant the ability to transfer an Eleplan. The person receiving the Eleplan does not need to have their own Eleplan created. They just need an existing Eleplan account.
To transfer an Eleplan, follow these steps:
Navigate to your Plan Settings tab.
Scroll down to find a unique transfer code at the bottom of the page. Copy this code, as you’ll need it later in the transfer process.
Navigate to the Plans tab, where your Eleplan cards are displayed.
Click on the ellipses (three dots) in the upper-right corner of the Eleplan card that you wish to transfer. From the dropdown menu, select the Transfer option.
Enter the email address of the person you are transferring the Eleplan to, and then input the transfer code.
Click the Transfer button.
Account Ownership
