Partner Created Plans

Instead of inviting customers to set up their accounts, this feature enables partners to create accounts and Eleplans directly for their customers, ensuring a seamless and hands-off experience.

Key Information:



- The create plans feature is located in the Plans tab of your partner account.
- Your partner account must be fully set up, with an Active status, before you can create plans for your customers.

How to Create an Eleplan for Your Customer:



To create an Eleplan, follow these steps:

Navigate to your Plans tab.
Click on the New Plan button.
Enter all necessary details about the individual for whom the Eleplan is being created.
When completed this process will have created an created an Eleplan for the individual and created an account for the Eleplan recipient.
Once created, the Eleplan is fully connected to your partner account. You can manage it as you would any other Eleplan, handling all aspects on behalf of the customer.


This feature ensures that customers do not need to interact with Eleplan directly or perform any setup tasks. As a partner, you maintain full control over the Eleplan, providing a streamlined, end-to-end solution for your clients.
