Eleplan Customization
This tool allows you to edit, customize, or remove any content generated for your Eleplan. You can adjust the layout, design, and content inclusion to create a plan that perfectly aligns with your preferences and needs.
The Eleplan Customization feature allows you to modify a wide range of elements, including:
Cover Page: Include or exclude details like photos, dates, and address.
Index Page: Control whether the index page is included in your Eleplan.
Members and Contact Lists: Customize the inclusion of your members and emergency contact lists.
Medications List: Edit the medications section or remove it if not needed.
Documentation: Add or remove document lists, including links to important files.
Generated Content: Include or exclude entire sections of content, such as priorities and survey data, as needed.
Once you’ve made your changes, save your personalized Eleplan as a custom template. This allows you to reuse your preferred settings and layouts for future Eleplans. You could also use our AI model to create a custom Eleplan template for you. For example, ask the AI to “Make me an Eleplan for a visit to a new doctor’s office,” and it will generate a template tailored to your request.
To access Eleplan customization options, follow these steps:
Click on any Share button located throughout the Eleplan app. This will take you directly to the customization page.
Once you're on the customization page, you’ll be able to edit, remove, or modify any generated content from your Eleplan.
You can adjust various aspects of your Eleplan, such as layout, design, and content inclusion, by clicking the Customize button.
By understanding the distinction between Contacts and Members, and by following the steps outlined above, you can effectively manage your Eleplan account and keep track of key individuals associated with your Eleplan.
