Customer Invites

The Customer Invite system is at the core of your Eleplan Partner account, enabling your company to sponsor Eleplan subscriptions for your customers. Here’s how to access, use, and monitor the Customer Invite system efficiently.

Key Information:



- You’ll find the Customer Invite system in the Home tab of your Partner account.
- Ensure your partner account is set up and your status is marked Active. Only then will you be able to send invites.

Bulk Inviting Customers



To bulk invite customers, follow these steps:

Click the New Invite button, then select Download CSV Template from the drop-down menu.
Populate the template with your customers’ email addresses, first names, and last names.
Return to the New Invite drop-down menu and select Upload CSV Template.
After uploading, bulk-edit your customers and adjust their Eleplan discounts as needed.
Click Send Invites button.

Single Invite to Customer



To invite a customer, follow these steps:

Click New Invite and choose the Create Invites option.
Populate the fields with your customers’ email address, first name, and last name.
Adjust your customer's Eleplan discount as needed.
Click the Add Invite button.
Click Send Invites button.

Managing Invites



Once you’ve sent invites, monitor their progress through these statuses:
Sent: The invitation email has been delivered to the customer.
Registered: The customer has successfully created their Eleplan account using the invite.
Redeemed: The customer has upgraded their Eleplan subscription with the code provided via your invite.
