Calendar Management
At Eleplan, the Calendar feature provides a simple and flexible way to organize your schedule. Whether you use the built-in local calendar or connect your Google Calendar, all of your events can be managed in one convenient place.
Local Calendar
Every account includes a standard calendar that is available only within your Eleplan. You can create, edit, and delete events directly on this calendar, and those events will remain private to your account.
Key Points:
- Events require a title, start time, and end time.
- You can choose which calendar an event belongs to when you have multiple calendars connected.
- Local calendar events are stored only within your account.
- Events can be viewed in Day, Week, or Month view using simple navigation buttons.
Google Calendar Sync
In addition to the local calendar, you can link your Google Calendar to Eleplan. Once connected, any changes made in either Eleplan or Google Calendar will sync automatically, keeping your schedules up to date across platforms.
Key Points:
- Sync is two-way, so updates made in either calendar will appear in both.
- Changes sync instantly when events are added, edited, or deleted.
- Additional syncing runs automatically at set intervals to ensure both calendars remain aligned.
- You can connect multiple Google Calendars and view them together within Eleplan, with color coding applied by calendar.
Knowledge Base Integration
All calendar events—whether created locally or pulled in from Google—are accessible through your account’s Knowledge Base. This means you can quickly query your calendar events the same way you search for any other information stored in Eleplan.
By using the Calendar feature, you can keep your schedule organized, sync seamlessly with Google, and make your events searchable within your Knowledge Base. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please contact our support team.
